Option 1: The Professional Package
One on one Executive Coaching with Mike Brooks – 16, one-hour coaching sessions (Can be spread out over 3 months or completed more rapidly depending on your need).

This Professional Package gives you the “Hands On” personal mentoring you need to Build, Develop and Train your Inside Sales Team now and for years to come!

Option 2: The Elite 3-Month Package
One on one Executive Coaching with Mike Brooks for 3 months – 19, one-hour coaching sessions per month. (Frequency of coaching sessions to be determined during assessment process).

This comprehensive, on-going consulting program helps you not only develop the processes and scripts you need to change your inside sales team, but gives us the time to implement, revise and reinforce these processes through continuing telephone monitoring, on-site training, and one on one mentoring. This package also includes weekly sales meetings with your sales team.

This 3-Month Elite Package gives you extended involvement over the course of a three month period to not only develop your inside sales team, but to also extend the implementation and reinforcement of the material.  This includes weekly telephone sales meetings for your team conducted by Mike Brooks, “Hands On” personal mentoring with you and your sales management team, and complete Defined Sales Process development and customized script development that will enable you to Build, Develop and Train a highly effective inside sales team now and for years to come!

Option 3: The Interim V.P. of Sales Program
This is my Comprehensive Involvement Package where I will personally function as your Interim Vice President of Inside Sales. In practical terms, you hire me for 6 months to be your Interim V.P. of Sales. The ultimate goal of this program includes the following:

This option is a perfect fit for larger sales organizations (teams of 30+ inside sales reps) or companies with multi sales office locations. A comprehensive interview and assessment process is required prior to acceptance into this program and is limited to two companies per calendar year who meet the qualifications.

This Program includes:
One on one Executive Coaching with Mike Brooks for 6 months – 25, one-hour coaching sessions per month (Frequency of coaching sessions to be determined during assessment process).

This Interim V.P. of Sales Program allows you to run your business while I develop all processes that allow you to build and expand your inside sales team. The result will be an integrated sales team that is trained on the best practices of your specific sale.
